Given how sweet Marron 5’s songs are, who would imagine that one of their members would take such great delight in hiring strippers?
Yet apparently it’s true. Maroon 5 star Adam Levine admitted recently that, when touring with The Donnas, he hired a group of male strippers to embarrass the ladies of the group. The strippers came backstage dressed as police officers and apparently fooled the girls into panicking just a bit.
Then one of the men plugged in a stereo, they started dancing, and the moment was revealed for what it was: a hilariously awkward one. Pretty funny, Levine, though did The Donnas find it quite as funny?
Apparently Levine likes to play practical jokes all the time, so future tour partners, beware.
