Looking for a group - all female - to rock out hard in your living room? Well, you can kind of manage it: but they’ll have to be on your stereo (unless you have a lot of money, but we won’t get into that here), and in the form of The Donnas, a hard rock band all about having fun in as loud a manner as possible.

Want a good example of their distinct sound (which draws from such role models as The Ramones and AC/DC)? Then check out Bitchin, released last year by the band’s own recording company. There’s plenty of good-natured rock songs to jump around to.

You could stick with Bitchin. Or you could try Wasted. Or Better off Dancing. Or Smoke You Out. Or maybe Girl Talk. Tonight’s Alright, perhaps? Or would you prefer the final act in When the Show is Over? Whichever one you go for you won’t be disappointed.
